Perhaps you could get into the axis parameter setup, and decrease the acceleration/deceleration a little bit? Anyone had the same problem? Mine would do something similar, blew the dust out and all was good. reassembled everything and it still faulted. cold start vmc 2.take cover off axis motor 3.losen the 3 screws securing the resolver and rotate the resolver 4.you will notice that rotating the reslover causes the axis to move And not change the jumper?

Is there any simple ways to solve this problem? I've already cleared up the chips under the way covers, but didn't help much... Good luck. First you get good, then you get fast. I took apart the connectors, cleaned everything, sprayed contact cleaner in and let it dry. The y axis still works normal.

They throw this error often and usually it clears everything but when that stopped working we had to replace one of the axis drives and it cleared it all up. I'm pretty limited when it comes to electronics. I've changed the y-axis amp with another one, but same problem occurred, so the problem is not on the amp.
