Thought maybe it could have been a config error, so I got rid of ~/.evolution, but now I can't even create an exchange account. When comparing them to the output from the Outlook EMail configuration tester it looks like it has chosen the Exchange RPC urls instead of the Exchange HTTP ones. My debug log looks similar to yours. Started Evolution.
