What in particular would you suggest investigating on the hosting side? It had to do with our editorial workflow - people write stories, other people review them in the unpublished state, then other people publish them.

The issue is related to the fact that you are in sandbox mode, but disabling it is not the way to fix this. Any ideas? Not a bug in modules/fb, IMHO. My approach to fix it follows: /** * Implements hook_node_presave. */ function customx_node_presave($node) { // Refresh the Facebook cache when a node is saved. I still get access Denied when logging in for the second time.

To remove the pending status, you need the person who you've granted the role to to log into their account.

Log in or register to post comments yes, the hook_node_presave afeijo commented February 21, 2014 at 6:25am yes, the hook_node_presave suggestion worked!!! So if I share "2ndrodeo.com/starter-kit-gangster-rap", I get the "Access Denied", but if I share "http://2ndrodeo.com/starter-kit-gangster-rap", it loads normally letting me choose an image from the page. If you are able to access your login email address, enter that here. While the user has that pending status, they can view your Facebook app but can not grant privileges to it.

Other observations: - The same link, prefaced with https instead of http, works (screenshot: http://cl.ly/image/1u1U1T1A3F2B) - If I run any of these pages through the Facebook debugger (https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/), everything checks out Wouldn't it be possible to redirect from user/register automatically if user is already registered/logined? hey_germano commented January 31, 2014 at 2:44am Yikes. I've run into trouble with FB requests timing out or just taking too long (not with this specific function but on another request to FB to get social share counts). In the OnAuthenticated method in Startup.auth.cs, you have access to the USER access token. Why are so many metros underground?

The user then has to click on that notification and accept it. I would expect that they could successfully register with my WebAPI, but then any call for the permissions they did not allow would fail, but this is not happening. It also doesn't use login redirects from modules like login_toboggan. Hostgator is about the best cheap hosing company in the USA, so one can only imagine what the others are like.
