Anything explorer related just CRASHES explorer. Solved! I found out that the problem was caused by a power outage when my computer was on, causing the contextMenu to fail, why it happens? Thank you.

I have seen that people have had a problem with this in the past when right-clicking on items in the left-hand pane in Explorer, but this problem is much more widespread, I cannot even create a new folder without Explorer crashing.
